Introducing Alive Oneness

My training as a teacher in mindfulness and positive psychology.
At the end of 2019, I felt I was drawn towards a change in my life and career and I made a decision to train as a meditation teacher since I had practised meditation on a daily basis since 2010.
I have organised day retreats for groups where sessions included yoga, dharma talks and meditation at the end. When the pandemic struck early 2020, I got more convinced to enrol in a training to know more about mindfulness and positive psychology.
In time of crisis due to the COVID pandemic, there were restrictions in movements and hence one needs to find ways of keeping some normality. After online search, I found the Irish Mindfulness Academy and they were offering an 18-month course to become a certified teacher of mindfulness and positive psychology.
I felt blessed to be accepted after the interview and I joined a class of 20 experienced people with varied expertise. I have never met the teachers or other students face to face but I feel as if I know them greatly.
We trained 500 hours and the course took place online one weekend per month. We had assignments and practical exercises to do between. I feel this course has given me a great knowledge in neuroscience, positive psychology and fundamental basics in mindfulness. With practices of mindfulness exercises, meditations became streamlined my way of running meditation for others improved.
Stories from students and sharing about their varied experiences were a source of inspiration and motivation to continue the course and start to give back what I have attained in my mindfulness journey.
With encouragement from the students and the teachers, I started this website to advertise and offer the course in mindfulness and positive psychology and mindfulness meditations practices to individuals and groups.
