Online Group Meditation

I have organised retreats and group meditations for many years.

The most recent one was for 24 staff of a corporation in Dublin. Due to the COVID pandemic, I delivered that meditation online and I had timed it to last 25 minutes. The majority of those receiving meditation were female and had never meditated before.

The comments I have received afterwards were very positive. Some found it calming but too short.

I found it ended too soon. I felt calm and happy with the moment.

My online meditation sessions now run for 60-90 minutes or longer, depending on the circumstances, so that students have time to relax deeply and become fully present in the moment.
